Ricardo Mendes was born 1968 in Brazil and completed his Sports Science Diploma studies. Thereafter he further established his work as a fitness professional in various known fitness companies, hotels and resorts in which he was in charge of a leading role in the sports and spa areas.
As of 2004 Ricardo Mendes lives in Germany and has been a self-employed Master Personal Trainer since 2008. Ricardo is constantly enhancing his skills and expertise and broadening his horizon to various new concepts. Therefore, Ricardo is certified for not only TRX Suspension Training but also many group workouts such as BodyCombat or Boot Camps. In 2013 Ricardo became the first instructor in Germany and South America for the Gladiator Workouts.
Not only has he been a personal trainer for “Germany’s Next Top Model” Carolin Rupperts during her participation of the VOX show “Das Perfekte Promi Dinner” but also for the Kabel 1 show “Die strengsten Eltern der Welt” has he trained the candidate Marlon using his Boot Camp Concept.
Being a life-long sports enthusiast and athlete himself, Ricardo has made it his mission to bring out the greatest results from intensive one on one customized workouts accompanied by nutritional plans to ensure you reach your goals.
Ori Gross started at a young age with martial arts and can already look back on 18 years of experience in full-contact martial arts. He has trained with karate world champions and their trainers like Francisco Filho and Ryuji Isobe. He was the student of master Jason David Frank and represented the Rising Sun Karate Academy in Europe. His experience and top notch training is one of the many things he enjoyed giving onto his clients during intense coachings and contest preparation.
For the past 10 years Ori has been in the cycling sport and has gained siginificant experience in the Downhill and Freeride segment. Having acquired skills at the Bikeparks such as Kona Groove Park (Brazil), Les Deux alpes (France), Blue Mountain (USA) and Winterberg (Germany). Additionally Ori is interested in Dirt Jump, Slopestyle and 4X.
As of 2008 Ori accomplished his fitness trainer training and is specialized on self defense and close combat apart from machine supported fitness workout, functional workouts and group workout. During his training Ori also learned the different methods for the mental preparation for dangerous sitiations.
For Ori as an experienced athlete and qualified trainer there is a great importance on an overall complete workout which is supported by nutritional and lifestyle advice as well as an injury preventing workout.

To be ready for the unavoidable physical confrontation it is required to prepare for it. On grounds of our long lasting experience we utilize knowledge of martial arts, Elite Krav Maga and self defense techniques from the military. In our courses we teach the necessary understanding and proper approach for self defense and offer close combat courses for relevant professional groups.
